In order to hold the unit (B3) a security/reservation deposit of $100. is required when you book. Please fill out the check-in agreement and return it with your security deposit. Mail your security deposit (check for $100.00 made to Linda Bowers) and the check in agreement to: Linda Bowers, PO Box 645, Bridgeton, MO 63044. If you have sent the security deposit to hold your dates and change your mind up to 30 days prior to your arrival,
It is also a good idea to make a copy of the check-in agreement to take with you.
If you find it necessary to cancel prior to 30 days before your check in date I would return your security deposit. If you cancel after the 30 days prior to check-in you would forfeit your security deposit. Full payment is due 30 days prior to your starting rental. If you cancel after you have sent full payment and the unit can be re-rented for the full amount I would of course return your payment (or would return whatever amount the unit could be rented for). In the event of a family emergency (after the 30 days) contact me.
In the event Dauphin Island is in the path of a hurricane and it impacts your vacation, I would refund your deposit and or payment. If a hurricane hits the island prior to your vacation and the damage would impact your vacation, again I would refund any money you had paid. If you are on the Island and had to evacuate due to a hurricane, I would refund all or a portion of your payment depending on how many nights you had stayed. If you had stayed in the condo I would at least deduct the $85.00 cleaning fee (that I pay to have the unit cleaned after you depart)
I would not refund if the weather was just rainy, but for actual hurricane or severe tropical storm whose path impacts Dauphin Island, I would refund.
